I didn't want to do it.  It had to be done.  This Polaris figure is a Frankenstein's monster of pieces.  The body is a White Queen figure with spiked arm and leg bands added with Sculpey and toothpick bits.  The head is from a Dazzler figure and her cape is from a Goblin Queen action figure.  Her ridiculous (in my opinion) Bat-wing halo is construction paper painted and formed with enamel paint.  There were many different versions of this costume in the books, none of them consistent, so I ended up going with a "famous covers" feel and tried to be as true to the cover of Uncanny X-Men #426 as possible.  I know what you are thinking, "Why not just buy a Darkstalkers Morrigan figure?"  Why not indeed.
