Well, it's finally done.  This was really the most involved project to date (July 2003).  The base figure is a Water Wars Storm figure from ToyBiz.  First I ripped her hair off and replaced it with hand sculpted hair and headress made out of Sculpey.  Her cape was hand-sewn with twist ties in the seams to make the cape poseable.  It is fastened with a skull snap that was pirated off a Lady Death figure.  The base is part of the original Storm base, repainted of course.
